Trees for Goshen

Trees For Goshen was created to fund enhancements to Goshen’s urban forest. Our mission is to enhance, expand, and care for our urban forest through education, active engagement with Goshen’s residents, and citizen empowerment. Elkhart Environmental Center

The Elkhart Environmental Center is an environmental education facility that opened in 1991 on a remediated city dump. It has over 33 acres of dedicated trails, prairie space, wetlands, and riverfront, which are always open to the public. The Center offers educational programs, events, and volunteer opportunities intended to connect the community to the environment.
