Help us plan the biggest environmental festival of the region! This is our 25th EnviroFest, so we’re looking for extra special and exciting ideas and could use all the extra support we can find! If you have ideas or would like to volunteer some time to help us make our ideas a reality, join our 

Our Eco-Valentine’s Day will start off with a craft inside (10 AM – 11 AM) and then head out for a holiday scavenger hunt (11 AM – 12 PM weather permitting). We could use some volunteer support with the craft and the hike. Volunteers can sign up for either or both! Please let us know

The Elkhart Environmental Center is once again hosting our community Earth Day event! We need help with setup/cleanup, and event shifts. You can sign up for 1 hour shifts or more. Lunch is provided. Please sign up on our SignUp.com page: https://signup.com/go/wYFvvXV

We’ll be working on tackling some of our invasive species (mostly bush honeysuckle). Help us make our ecosystems healthier! Tools and gloves will be provided. Staff will introduce the activity by giving a brief history of the invasive species and a short tutorial on identifying and removing the plant.

Christmas enthusiasts ready to “get their jingle on” are asked to help us at the jolliest event in Michiana, The Santa Run. Volunteers will help along the route; waving, shaking jingle bells, pointing participants in the right direction, cheering on participants, smiling, laughing and just having a good time.

Girls on the Run Michiana needs 50 awesome volunteers to help fill team bags and prepare coach materials for the 2020 Program Season! Can you believe we’ll have over 350 coaches and around 80 teams this year? With YOUR help, we’ll be able to fill the team bags and prepare coach materials quickly and get

Volunteers needed to help with Ride-A-Thon event at LoveWay located in Middlebury, Indiana. Volunteers will be helping with parking, the volunteer time frame is 8:30-10:30 AM. Serve lunch at the Center for the Homeles STAR Graduation to our guests. This will also allow groups the opportunity to listen to our guests who are graduating from our programs!
