Join our crew and volunteer for our biggest and best Great Cardboard Boat Race yet and help United Way of Elkhart County kick off our annual fundraising campaign! We have a variety of volunteer shifts and duties on August 22nd and August 23rd. We have specific 3 hour shifts on both days, 8-11, 11-2 and 2-5.You will need to lift, get dirty, get wet and have fun! We need hardy pirates to set-up, tear down, launch and save boats, register guests and run information. We will have games, food trucks, a beer garden, giveaways, and a festival atmosphere with tents, a DJ. Last year we had more than 1,000 people in attendance. Volunteer and support United Way in our fight to improve the lives of working families in our community!
